Customer Cancellation – Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking by emailing cancellation@anantenergies.com.
Company Cancellation – Anant Energies reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, serviceability issues, or technical errors.
Refund on Cancellation – If the payment has already been made and cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days.
Non-Cancellable Orders – Orders already dispatched, delivered, or services already initiated cannot be cancelled.
